Now, more than ever, Valley Federal Credit Union is taking every step to ensure a secure and simple way for you to bank with us. For everyone’s safety and consideration, we have closed our lobbies at each of our locations. We can now assist you via online, drive-thru, or phone at (956) 546-3108. Learn about the different ways you can bank and borrow with our Harlingen credit union below.

VFCU 1 - VFCU

Drive-Thru Availability

All of our members can still use our services with our drive-thrus. Depending on what you need, you may need to bring certain documents such as:

  • Proof-of-income
  • Previous bill statements
  • Driver’s license
  • Social security card

VFCU 2 - VFCU

Mobile and Online Banking

Banking and borrowing have never been easier with our online loan portal. It allows you to apply for any of our loans. After, you’ll be contacted by one of our loan officers to finish your paperwork at our drive-thrus. We also offer our Mobile Banking App that allows you to:

  • Track your finances and loan payments.
  • Make same-day bill payments.
  • Transfer money to other accounts.

Our Mobile Banking App is available on the App Store for Apple devices and the Google App store for others.

Appointments Are Available by Request

We also offer appointments at our locations depending on the situation. To find out if you need an appointment, please reach out to us.
