Banks with unsatisfied customers are now becoming a trend. A Javelin Strategy and Research report stated that banks like Wells Fargo, Chase and Bank of America are at high risk of losing customers. In March 2012, 11 percent of people surveyed rated the likeliness of transferring their funds to other institutions as “very likely or likely.”
Many customers feel that switching to another financial institution is a hassle they would like to avoid, but staying with their current bank just makes the situation worse. Don’t let switching to a better financial institution intimidate you. The benefits of making the switch are worth it.
